They are great people who deliver great and honest work. Extremely knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions. They explained each step of their process, what they were looking for, and gave tips and advice for general maintenance. They were very concerned about minimizing any kind of a mess and making sure to clean all of it up. Very thoughtful individuals who know what they're doing and enjoy helping others. I am singing the highest praises for Super Cool Bros. new AC business. The attention to detail and customer care and service is second to NONE. I came home from a trip to find the temperature inside to be nearly 90*. Called and Victor answered right away. It was raining and nothing could be done until the next day so I thought BUT, the rain stopped and Victor came anyway and brought the Sunshine. The guys showed up on time. They were very professional and got right to work after asking me about any issues I might be needing to address. They completed all the regular maintenance and explained how good maintenance is key to HVAC life span. When they were leaving they sent me an itemized receipt with the tasks they had completed. We bought our home 2 years ago the one downfall our home had was a 20 year old thanks to super cool bros they were able to save us 2 years of having to buy a new one by doing countless repairs to the old one !!
